Flame Angelfish

The Flame Angelfish (Centropyge loriculus) is a stunning saltwater specimen prized for its fiery red-orange coloration and striking blue-accented fins. This small fish typically reaches 4 inches and displays characteristic black vertical bars across its body. Hardy and adaptable, it thrives in established reef aquariums with a minimum 30–70 gallon capacity and plenty of hiding spaces. While generally reef-safe, exercise caution as it may occasionally nip at soft corals or clams. With proper care, nutrition, and stable water conditions, expect a lifespan of 5–7 years.
